Tim and Collena are educated professionals obtaining their degrees in civil engineering in 2003 and 2004 respectively from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville. Tim served as a laborer, operator, and mechanic at his father’s contracting company, while Collena worked in the engineering design field for several Illinois consultants. Both are currently civil servants, Tim working in local municipalities and Collena working in the federal government sector. Their combined expertise, experience, and connections sets them up for successful partnerships with complementary service providers. They enjoy bringing together the best of the best to ensure top notch solutions for their clients.
